Xunlai Tournament House
Okay. I'm having a problem with the profile section. Its giving me the following error:
The Guild Wars game account name you have on file is invalid. You must correct it to save any changes to your Xunlai Tournament House account. My character's name is written correctly in the blank. I don't know what the problem is. Can someone help me out? |

Character's name, did you say? It wants your account name (the one you use to login).

Ya know...I'm having a similiar problem. Yesterday I logged onto the Xunlai Tournament House to make sure my account information was all correct so I can receive my green cc weapons and all was dandy. This morning, I tried logging on (so I can find out exactly how many weapons I'll be getting) with the same username/password and it gives me "Username/Password is invalid. Please Try Again." I'm like WTF!! Sooo...out of curiousity I went to Resend Registration email and put in my email address and it gives me "the email you entered is not in our database. Please try again." By going to Lost Password? yields "No match Found" WTF?
I'm hope this is either some glitch or it is just because today is the day to get the green cc weapons and they have they disabled logging in. Either way....I'mm be ticked off if I don't get my 2 weapons. Last edited by c_ras; Jan 11, 2007 at 01:34 PM // 13:34.. |

I am having the same problem. I have not been able to log into my account this morning. I sure hope this is a temporary problem, I need my wintergreens!

Same problem here. I just re-registered (but it won't let me confirm it), so hopefully it doesn't wipe out the old one.

Sorry to dig up the topic, but i have a problem. Today i wanted to pick up the 2 items that I won, and I couldn't. The Xunlai Tournament Agent just just says the Post-Tournament talk.
Does the time to pick up items finished already ? If not, can someone confirm me that the Agent has a problem? Because i'm pretty sure I have the right to pick 2 items (tried before), and no, I'm sure that i didn't pick them already. |
